A Georgia Democrat Running for State House Wants to Ban All 77 Million Trump Voters From the Internet for Four Years — And She Posted a Video of Herself Saying It Like She Was Proud

A Democrat candidate for the Georgia House of Representatives named Suzanna Karatassos — a self-described “progressive fighter” — just posted a video to social media in which she enthusiastically proposed that every single person who voted for Donald Trump should have their internet access revoked for four years as punishment.

Yeah. Punishment. For voting. In America. These people would put us all in shock collars if they could.

Here’s what she actually said, word for word: “When this is all over, and Trump’s gone and Democrats are back in charge, and we’re rebuilding everything, the punishment for MAGA for voting for Trump three times needs to be they remove their internet access for four years.”

She wasn’t done.

“That they cannot post videos or comments on social media for four straight years, so that none of us are subjected to their lies and misinformation,” she continued, before adding with a big smile: “Can we all agree to this?”

Watch her say it herself right here….

No, Suzanna, we cannot all agree to this. But we can all agree that you just said the quiet part out loud. Democrats don’t want to beat us in elections — they want to silence us entirely. They want 77 million American citizens stripped of their ability to speak in the public square because those citizens committed the unforgivable crime of voting for the wrong guy.

And she’s not some random lunatic yelling into her phone from a parking lot. She’s an actual candidate running for an actual seat in the Georgia state legislature — the seat currently held by Republican Houston Gaines. She wants to write laws. She wants to govern people. And her opening pitch to voters is: “Elect me and I’ll make sure half the country can’t use the internet.”

Really inspiring stuff. Very democratic. Very “progressive.”

Pop quiz: What do you call it when a government official removes a citizen’s ability to communicate because of how they voted? We used to have a word for that. Starts with a T, rhymes with “tyranny.” Oh wait — it IS tyranny. That’s the word.

But here’s the part that really makes you laugh. She deleted the video after it started going viral. Funny how that works, isn’t it? She was so proud of her little authoritarian fantasy that she recorded it, edited it, and posted it for the world to see. Then the world saw it, and suddenly she wanted it gone.

Too late, Suzanna. The internet is forever. (Well, for us it is. You wanted to take ours away, remember?)

This is who Democrats are in 2026. They’re not even pretending anymore. They don’t want to debate us. They don’t want to persuade us. They don’t want to meet us in the marketplace of ideas. They want us removed from the marketplace entirely.

Think about what she’s actually proposing. Seventy-seven million Americans — teachers, plumbers, nurses, veterans, grandparents, small business owners — all banned from posting online for four years because they exercised their constitutional right to vote. Your grandmother who shared a Trump meme on Facebook? Banned. Your buddy who posted a flag emoji on Election Day? Silenced. The veteran who put a “Trump 2024” bumper sticker on his truck and posted a photo? Four years in digital exile.

And she calls US the threat to democracy.

You know what the best part is? She’s running in Georgia. GEORGIA. The state that went for Trump. The state where Republicans control the legislature, the governor’s mansion, and both Senate seats. She wants to walk into a building full of Republican lawmakers and propose banning their voters from the internet.

Good luck with that campaign, Suzanna. Really strong strategy. “Vote for me — I think your neighbors are dangerous and shouldn’t be allowed to talk.” That’s going to play great in the suburbs of Athens.

Here’s what Democrats still don’t understand, and what candidates like Karatassos keep proving: they lost the argument. They can’t win on ideas. They can’t win on the economy. They can’t win on foreign policy — Trump just stared down Iran and the Strait of Hormuz is open again. So instead of coming up with better ideas, they want to unplug us.

They tried it with censorship. They tried it with the FBI pressuring social media companies. They tried it with “misinformation” labels slapped on anything that made Democrats look bad. None of it worked. So now a Georgia state house candidate is just straight-up proposing a ban.

At least she’s honest about it. Most Democrats want the same thing — they’re just smart enough not to say it on camera.

We should actually thank Suzanna Karatassos for this video. Every time a Democrat tells you they believe in free speech and open discourse and the sacred norms of democracy, you can just pull up this clip. This is what they actually think. This is what they actually want. Silence the opposition. Punish the voters. Remove our ability to speak.

And they wonder why we keep voting for Trump.
